Our operating hours are usually 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday but we can make special appointments or bookings if you require work to be done on non- standard working hours or on a Sunday if that’s the only day that suits your schedule.
I can usually do it on the day quoted or worst case the next day or 2 depending on parts required. I usually carry extra stock for common jobs such as antennas or TV wall mounts in my van.
Never recommended due to the quality of the signal being significantly reduced. Should a customer request that the antenna be placed under a tile roof, this can be achieved but sometimes perfect digital signal quality cannot be guaranteed. Having the antenna as high up near the top above the tiles or tin nearly always gives the best possible reception.
Yes I usually call my customers when I am on the way especially if I haven’t given them an exact time and just a rough timeframe.
Yes we are a registered business, Hold all the required licences, and we have a 5 million dollar public liability policy.
Yes once we mount the Bracket and TV up on the wall we hide all cabling in the wall cavity for that neat clean finish. If it is a brick wall then there are also other options to make the cabling look concealed with conduit or cable covers.

We pride ourselves on our reputation and rest assured if anything does happen in the future when you call us we will answer and be out to your premises as soon as possible to rectify whatever problem it is. If there is a faulty part that is still under warranty we will do our best to get it changed over as soon as possible.

Yes we have a number of different Pay TV distribution systems available from AV to HDMI quality for a single room or all rooms that enables you to watch your Foxtel or other service in your bedroom at night or even your alfresco area outside when entertaining with the ability to change channels without having to go to the main room to do so.
